1. Introduction
Welcome to Chhapa Tees. By accessing or purchasing from this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a custom print order.
2. Products & Custom Printing
Chhapa Tees sells ready-designed and custom-printed apparel and gift items (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs and similar products). Product photos and mockups are illustrative; minor colour variation between screen preview and the physical print may occur due to display and fabric differences.
3. Your Design & Content
By submitting a design, photo or text for printing you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any copyright or trademark and is not unlawful, hateful or defamatory. We may decline to print content at our discretion. You remain the owner of your design; we use it only to produce your order (and, only with your permission, to showcase finished work).
4. Mockup Approval
For custom orders we share a digital mockup before printing where possible. Once you approve the mockup (or confirm the order details), the design, spelling, size and placement are considered final and production begins.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery and the digital payment methods shown at checkout. Bulk/event orders may require a partial advance, which will be agreed with you before production.
6. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, we may call or message you to confirm the order, the design files and the delivery details before production or dispatch.
7. Delivery
Standard production and delivery is typically 24–48 hours inside Dhaka and 2–4 working days elsewhere in Bangladesh, counted after design/mockup confirmation. Delivery timelines for bulk orders are agreed separately. Delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control may occasionally occur.
8. Returns, Reprints & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size/colour compared to the confirmed order, contact us with photos within a reasonable time of delivery and we will reprint or refund it. Because custom-printed items are made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns and design changes after mockup approval are not eligible. Items must be unworn and unwashed for any exchange.
9. Privacy & Your Data
We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your orders (including your uploaded design files) and to contact you about them. We do not sell your personal data. See our Cookie Policy for how cookies are used on this website.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our own designs, text, product images, logos and graphics, belongs to Chhapa Tees or its suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chhapa Tees shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or services. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
12. Governing Law & Contact
